“True Tone Test” — Resonance & Truth

Supplies

• Two identical glasses

• Spoon or small tapping stick

• Water

Instructions

1. Fill one glass halfway with water.

2. Fill the second glass almost to the top.

3. Tap each glass gently with a spoon.

4. Listen to the difference in sound — one rings clear, one sounds dull.

5. Let children experiment with different water levels to “find the clear tone.”
