The Rose
Divine Integrity

The Gathering Circle
Leader: “Welcome, Keepers of the Light. You are seen. You are safe. You are strong. We gather in beauty, truth, and light.”
Ask the young women about God Instances they saw or experienced during the month.

The Spark
Paper Mache: Representing patience and layering over time that tranforms something fragile into something strong, just like integrity is true strength.
Corazones de Mexico: Make a clay model of a heart design that you create out of paper and tape or aluminum foil. Cover in clay and allow to dry. Decorate. This project represents the heart of integrity we are discussing today.
Polymer Clay Rose Earrings: Design your own rose earrings as a reminder of your commitment to have integrity.
Archery: Like arrows must fly true to hit the target, our hearts must also be true and have integrity to become who we want to be.
The Path & Promise
After the Spark activity, the young women will be gathered with their circle (age based group) for the opportunity to record the name of the mentor or quote onto a scroll for their tree inscribed book. They may also select a Path (goal) for the following month or write a Promise (commitment) to complete a medallion. The Path is part of what they need to do to earn the medallion. Encourage the keepers to come up with their own meaningful path related to the virtue or to select a quest from the suggestions below:
Practice telling the full truth in everyday situations, even when a partial truth or silence would be easier.
Keep a private integrity journal, recording moments when honesty was difficult and how choosing truth shaped the outcome.
Make things right in one unresolved situation by admitting a mistake, offering an apology, or correcting an error without being asked.
Commit to keeping every promise made during the month, no matter how small, or clearly and humbly renegotiate it when necessary.
Speak respectfully about others at all times, refusing gossip, exaggeration, or misleading stories.
Choose consistency between private behavior and public behavior, especially in moments when no one else is watching.
Practice humility by accepting correction or feedback without defensiveness, excuses, or blame.
Seek honesty before God through daily prayer, openly acknowledging fears, struggles, or doubts instead of hiding them.
Take responsibility for one area of life that has been neglected, addressing it truthfully and steadily rather than avoiding it.
End each week by reflecting on where integrity brought peace and where greater honesty is still needed, setting quiet intentions for growth.

The Closing Circle
Gather the keepers to a circle once more to award medallions & conclude the day as follows:
Award Medallions: Call the Keeper by her name with gentle honor and invite her to step into the circle. Place the medallion in her hand and allow her to attach it to her mirror. As the Leader awards an earned medal say, “You remembered who you are — and led with quiet strength. That’s what it means to be a daughter of God.” The circle may softly say: “Shine On” or “Keeper of Light."
