Mirror of Truth

Supplies: Small mirror or a piece of cardboard covered with aluminum foil, scissors, markers or crayons, glue, decorations (stickers, yarn, ribbon)

1. Cut the cardboard into the shape of a hand mirror (a circle with a little handle).

2. Cover the circle part with foil or tape on the mirror piece.

3. Decorate around the edge with bright colors and stickers.

4. Write or help your child write: “I am important to God.”

When finished, look into the mirror together and whisper:

“When I see me—the real me, the beautiful me that God created—God smiles.”

Tell them: “He’s so happy when we see the beauty of His creation—you!”
