Mary Magdalene

Mary Magdalene was the first to see the resurrected Christ.

She was faithful in His ministry, present at the cross, and the first to the tomb. While others fled or mourned in hiding, Mary rose early — and stood outside the empty grave, weeping.

And then He spoke her name: “Mary.”— John 20:16

She turned and knew it was Him.Christ chose her — not a soldier, not a prophet, not a king — to be the first witness of His victory over death.

She was trusted with light.

She carried the message of eternal hope.

And in that moment, she wore a spiritual crown as the first herald of the Resurrection.
