Tracy M. Browning

Sister Browning, a counselor in the Primary General Presidency, became the first Black woman to speak in General Conference. Her words are filled with spiritual authority, identity, and grace.

She once said:

“As we remember and honor Him, we can become more like Him and wear His name written in our hearts.”

Sister Browning teaches that identity is not a trend — it is a covenant. When a girl knows who she is and who she walks with, she becomes someone who leads with light — not because she’s loud, but because she’s anchored in Christ.
